Your Free Digital Scrapbooking Template For September

Welcome to The Cherry On Top.

I'm afraid, the wind has left my scrappy sails. It only took 30 years! Hehehe...I usually get bored really, really fast and easy. So, I'm surprised it lasted as long as it did. So, if you're wondering, where the heck I've gone, you know why. Who's to say that the wind won't come back? The inactivity in the shop and the group was definitely a huge factor, but we all know, when one door closes another opens and that it is really exciting.

There are still 3 free templates left for the year and it is possible that they will be the last, but I am prone to changing my mind. I did have a bunch more ready.

One of the many aspects of this awesome page is the repetition of color. It helps give a page its cohesion.

One of the many awesome things about templates is their flexibility. I love versatility. Kait's page is slightly different than the original template. Do ya see it? Did ya catch the subtle shift? That little nudge gave room for the great title. Below, I've got a different option on display and it's the one I used for my page, a little further.

Here's my page. It's mega simple. Made in mere minutes. I used the free Dutchie collection on the blog and repeated colors and added texture. I've got 2 contrasting frames from the subtle background. If you want to see more of my pages from the fun trip with my friend, scroll back and check them out.Linked up is the start of the collection.

I've got loads of how to videos on the You Tube channel and this blog is bursting with freebies.

I'm taking down the links to these freebies. So, grab them while you can.

Thanks for stopping by.

Love For Layout Templates Train of Free Digital Scrapbooking Page Layouts for February

Welcome to The Cherry On Top, Blog Hoppers!

This year we're going with the same palette for the entire year. This was an idea I brought to the group. Can you imagine how pretty the year's collection is going to be? I'm really excited. Maybe more designers will contribute more templates since we can keep using the same elements, save a lot of time and work ahead.

I love these colors. They are fresh and bright. I hope you like them, too.

Download the template and jump to the next stop.

Theresa made a great page with her pup. The black touches look perfect.

Share your pages in our Love For Layout Templates group.

If you are in it for the freebies, you'll love the upcoming GingerScraps NewsLetter Hop. Sign up for our newsletter and get this template along with many other designers, next week.

Feel free to scroll back through our blog for hundreds of freebies.

Again, there will be more big changes coming up. That's the way I roll! Hehehe... I get bored and like to shake things up, often.

My plan is to put Freebie Friday back on the map. I've got THREE Valentine's Day freebies ready for the next three weeks. I also just had an idea to start a kind of marathon of cooking related freebies. I'll be closing my GingerScraps shop soon and I want to still stay busy.

This is the first free Valentine's Day pack. There will be two more. One from yesterday and one more, next week. Pop back to last Friday's blog.

I've always loved writing and have been ignoring that passion for far too long. I'll be combining blogging with cooking, household helpers and more. It's how this blog started more than 10 years ago. This is my aim for now. Something else awesome might pop up! Stay with us for the roller coaster ride. Hehehe...

Are you more of a hands on crafter? I've got a lot of paper craft projects and recipes on the blog, too. Here are an example of each.

A really fun paper top hat tutorial made from a cereal box.

Check out this amazing array of super fun food for the Super Bowl. There's printable ideas, too!

Enjoy the freebies, the blog and consider following our newsletter, leave comments and pop over to the group.

Happy scrapping!!!
