Hello there, Scrappers and welcome to The Cherry On Top.
Today, we've got two packs of new templates that coordinate with the Year Book Collection. We've also got a lot of page inspiration to give you ideas what to scrap this weekend. Read the tips and tricks, see some other designer's new goodies this week and get our new freebie that coordinates with Toujours. We're so glad you're here.
As you may know, we are giving away a huge collection that coordinates with our Year Book Series. Read more about the freebies further down and join us!
Today's two packs of templates will help you finish your three page requirement for the Progressive Challenge in our scrap-a-licious group. I've mentioned previously that some of our fans use our templates as a kind of quick page. They just clip in their pictures and that's it. Why not?! If time really is an issue, it's a great idea. Both packs of templates will work wonderfully for this. Especially, since I used a lot of the same elements from the collection for both the templates and goodies in the kits.
Project Life is a very simple and fast way to scrap. Ideal for those of you with time constraints. Below, you can just clip in your pictures and your pages will be finished and yes it counts in the requirements. How easy is that?! Of course the point is that you put in your own and or add some of our elements from the freebie in the group to the template.
I got so lucky that one of the Year Book templates matched perfectly with Aimee Harrison's new release, Winter Retreat. I could replace the house and add all of the pretty scenery similar to the template. It scrapped really fast. The houses in the template are layered. Scrap your house! I'd love to see it.
Check out some pages from my team using the Year Book templates and our free collection.
Cindy left the template and simply added a few ellies from the freebie.
Our template with other goodies.
I hope you were able to get all of the parts in the Daily Download at GingerScraps? If not, the collection is on sale and you can get it at Sandy's shop or mine. You'll love the soft timeless feel.
Here are a few more pages I found.
Did you join our free template train last week? My page uses Throwing Some Scraps Around's new release, Croi. Today's blog sure has an international vibe, eh? Hehehe..
I went back to that page and added texture with styles from SnickerDoodle and this is how it looks now. A bit more tactile and not quite as flat, but certainly fast scrapping. Might have taken all of three minutes! I could also show you how you can change up the title. Even if you hate cats, these templates are still ok. Hehehe...

This is the freebie. Go grab it and join our Progressive Challenge for 2020. Yip! All year long. Each season, if you do the three page minimum, you'll get the next season's collection for free, too! By the end of December or maybe even sometime in January, you're pages will be all finished and you can print them out and enjoy your yearbook. Sometimes when we have a time schedule and we are encouraged by others, we can get finished.
Maybe you'd like to give your book as a gift? If I were to scrap our family's antics for the year, my mom would love to hold those memories in her hand. Especially, since she's so far away and hasn't seen us for years.
Go to the group and start your Year Book, today!

Year Book Winter Templates and our collection!
Our template with other goodies.
I've put some templates in the GingerScraps Shop that were from Scrappy Sisters. Check your stash to make sure you don't already own these.
I scrapped this page with the Heart Strings templates and our Trolla Bolla Collection. It's so bright and fun!
Don't forget that the elements are sold separately from the papers.
For this page, I used the darker side of Trolla Bolla. Scroll further to see the light side.

On to other designer's new releases for this week.
First, Aimee Harrisons' Believe In Yourself. Soft subtle colors!

Free Template and Thrifty Scraps
Last week, we released, A New Start. I showed you an example where I used the template as a quick page.
Hehehe...
Last week we released Love Only for the February Buffet at GingerScraps. I have to tell you, the buffet is really fabulous! You're not going to know what to choose.
I found a few more pages around DigiLand. If ya just have to know what kits were used, hit us up in the group. I'm sure someone will know, but I'd bet they are all from the Buffet or GingerScraps.
Love Only Templates and goodies from GingerScraps
Love Only Templates
Tag! You're It! are still one of our most popular packs of templates. I think you can see why.
Here are two more templates I just put in the shop this week. Again, they were sold in Scrappy Sisters. Check your stash!
Project Art Deux Templates and goodies from the Sweet Shoppe
I've got this freebie for you, today. It coordinates with the Toujours collection. Enjoy!
Have you been partaking in the Sweet Shoppe's birthday celebration? I know we are only day 5, but I've done all of the games so far and I'm pretty sure that's a record. I really am going to try to do them all. Today or yesterday is a scrap lift so I have to get scrappy, again. Join us!
Tomorrow's blog is going to be SO awesome! I've already finished it. It too is full of page inspiration and a whole lot of freebies in the form of printables, templates...there are also a few tutorials and Valentine's treats. Maybe even a big announcement and a super cool freebie from another one of your favorite designers?
We'll see you there. Thanks for checking out The Cherry.
Happy scrapping!
