Howdy Hoppers and welcome to The Cherry On Top.

Today, I've got everything you are looking for.  Digital scrapbooking goodness, cuttable cuteness,  amazing digital deals, tips and tricks for your pages, fabulous layout inspiration and to sweeten the deal, I'm sprinkling freebies throughout the blog.  Blogger's new version is full of bugs and half of the content of this blog has disappeared, including links.  If it looks wonky again and the links have vanished yet again, my apologies.

First, we've got your free template.  My gal Melissa has provided us with SVG and Studio format so all kinds of scrappers can enjoy today's template.

Here is how it scraps up traditionally with use of the cutting files.  Big thanks to Audry!

If you're new to The Cherry, I italicize the tips so they are easy to find.

Tip:  Get that dimension through double sided foam tape or my favorite, huge, thick glue dots.  Digitally, we achieve dimension through the use of shadows.

Theresa kept her page basic and used colors that flow together well, but yet a touch of excitement with that yellowy green.  Note the date on the surfboard, too.

Disney Inspired Page Inspiration, Templates and New Freebies

Welcome to The Cherry On Top.

After much speculation, I finally decided to design some adventurous templates with a special mouse in mind.  In typical Cherry fashion, I've got plenty of page inspiration to get the wheels turning, tips and I've got a coordinating freebie for you as well.

I scoured the GingerScraps shop for some kits that would go nicely with these templates.  Keep reading to see what might pair up with these magical templates.  To make it easier for you, I've linked up the kits from the GingerScraps Shop.

Magic Mouse from Connie Prince

Here are a few more pages using a collaboration of Miss Fish and Shepherd Studio, Magical Kingdom.  You can see this match up is a real hit, too!  I have really fun pages from our team.  

Tip: Maybe you've always dreamed of going to an adventure park like this?  That would also make a great page.  Add some journaling and maybe even design a page as a wish list.

Cindy got really creative with her photo.  She simply took a photo of a Mickey trinket at her window!  How clever, right?!  Now that is what I call outside of the box thinking.

Magical Scraps Galore also has a fantastic collection that will go perfectly with Magical Adventures and that is Mr. Mouse and Co.

Again we have some outside of the box thinkers with Roxanna's fun page.  Wouldn't you just love to have a phone like that?!  These colors match splendidly, too.

Caro used Club House from Connie Prince for her page, below.  So fun!

Here's another kit that would go well.

Michal mixed it up a bit and added some word art from a Heartstrings Scrap Art template and goodies from a kit from JumpStart Designs.  It appears my paint was a great success.  Most of the team kept it.  Tip:  I often use my paints from templates for my pages.  I look up the png files under, "tcot paint".  You could also make a folder, label it "paint" and put our pngs from our template in there.  I should totally do this to save time.  Hehehe...Just remember you can only use it for your personal use pages.

Theresa's page has nothing to do with Disney and it's rather extraordinary!  Think outside of the theme when it comes to templates and collections.

See what just a little bit of fairy dust and some coordinating colors can do?!  Tip:  Matching the colors of the kit and pictures gives a wonderfully cohesive look to your pages.

Tip: Make your pages extra magical with some gold, styles, twinkles and stars like Theresa did.

A kit like Maggies would go really great with our templates, too. Tip:  Scrapping your little princess would be a great idea with these templates.
