I just love, love, love that the designers in our group were not only cool with the idea of us all using the same color palette for this year's train, but we unanimously voted for my favourite color palette.

Free Cooking Inspired Digital Scrapbooking Paper and Fun Summer Designs

Welcome to The Cherry On Top, scrappers and crafters.

I've been giving away loads of free stuff for over a decade. Some of the links get wonky and I run out of space every now and then. So, if ya see something that isn't working correctly, just give me a shout and I'll try my best to get it going when I can or want to. Hehehe...

Last week, I gave away a pretty recipe card with an awesome italian seasoning recipe you may want to try. I told ya Ii'd be back with a free portion of the What's Cooking digital scrapbooking collection I designed a few years back.

Above, you can see an image of what you will be getting in this week's and next week's download. The printables are all over the blog. If ya pop back to last week, there's a link there that will lead you to the other free printables. The conversion chart is a must have. I use mine all of the time.

I've got a couple pages of inspiration and hope to be adding more from my team and maybe even some of you, dear readers. Send me an e-mail or visit our group. I just started an X account, but it's personal and I'm not sure I want to mix business with pleasure. I'm rather political if ya haven't noticed and politics and crafting really isn't a great mix for many. I'm just so sick of Facebook and no one being able to see my posts. I'll consider starting a business one on "X". Let me know if you're there?

I revamped the templates just a little so that I could put them in the Kreative Design Studio as Commercial Use. I still need to get the individual accessory templates in there. I'm yet to find mine in the chaos of my computers and EHD's. Are you the same?

We finally are getting warmer, sunny, dry weather here in Belgium. Yay! We went from 60 degrees to over 80 degrees over night. Maybe my tomatoes will turn red? I'll be sharing all kinds of garden adventures, cooking adventures and my all time favorite ... CHICKEN adventures. I've got the squirreliest flock!

I thought I'd share the pool designs I created for Plus. You'll be able to scrapbook quickly, easily and beautifully if you grab all of the summer packs. There are dozens! Type in, "summer scrapbooking" in the search and most of it will pop up. "Summer templates" will show ya some good portions, too.

Above, are my super fun quick pages which are all ready made pages. Just add your pictures and your scrapped up. Below, are the "Pool" collection papers. They are so darn cute! Pair them up with some of the templates in Plus or from your own stash, like the fun floatie template I designed.

Word art makes crafting for sublimation, scrapbooks, stickers, card and or invitation making a breeze.

I love these quotes, below. Make something fun for a pool party or as decoration around the pool.

I've typed up one heck of a wedding blog where I gave away this beautiful design. Peruse over 2 dozen digital scrapbook pages with a wedding theme! I designed an album for my niece a few years ago and created an entire HUGE collection that matched her wedding colors, which were a lot, too. Hehehe...

We've done it. We made it all the way through TWENTY CHALLENGES. Goodness, gracious! Some of you were keeping right up there with me. That was SO awesome! If you're joining in late, welcome. For the last challenge, I'm giving you, yet again, another free template. You do NOT have to use this template for this challenge and you may use goodies from any designer.  This challenge is all about love. I want you to scrapbook Who you love, What you love, Where you love...You may scrapbook anything you love. That's it! Easy, right?

I'm showing off a few of my pages with things and people I love for some inspiration.You know I love page inspiration. Oh! Did you know I had two boards on Pinterest with over thousands of pages to inspire you?! Thousands of Ideas for Scrapbook Layouts and Thousands of Scrapbook Templates and Inspiration. Nearly all of the pages are either my pages or my templates. I must have been at this a long time? Hehehe...

I LOVE my chickens.  You may note, there are no exclusive dog or cat pages in this blog. Hehehe...Our current dog and cat, though beautiful and adorable, are very hard to love! Wink! Wink! I used goodies from Clever Monkey Graphics found at Sweet Shoppe.

Ya know the hubs had to make this blog. I scrapped us up with more goodies from Clever Monkey Graphics and a super fun gnome template I designed from simple shapes. That hat took me forever! I don't have the template available yet, but I do have a bundle of Valentine Gnome designs in Kreative Design Studio along with other gnome Christmas templates and printables in the shop.

I put my heart and soul into the Optimism Collection found in GingerScraps. To show it off, I whipped up a really cool mockup. This is a template that you can use to show off your digital pages and designs.

There are a few Autism related templates in Plus as well. I'm only showing off a few. For the record! I do not love Autism and neither do my boys. Hehehe...I do love this collection and these really fun puzzle templates, though and of course, that handsome young blond in the pictures.

Go crazy with digital templates!

I'm forever grateful and love my family to bits. Here we are in a restaurant we all love in Cochem, Germany. The food is very traditional and even the locals frequent this place. The wine is awesome and so is the axe. That's basically the leg of a pig, served with sauerkraut and mashed potatoes. Mmmm...

My Pumpkin Spice Template

This is a beautiful photo of the village I live in. It's nestled wonderfully between steep mountains and the Mosel River. It's a tourist hot spot because it's got all kinds of great hiking trails for all levels. Even the daring, adrenaline junkies. You can take a swim in the scorching summer and take pictures of extraordinary views. It's impossible not to love this place.

I absolutely loved being a teacher and may try it again some day. This template is from my School Rules collection and the goodies are from Clever Monkey Graphics.

I'm a bit passionate about food if you didn't know that. I grow some of our food and use mostly fresh, organic ingredients in our meals. It really helped with the boy's autism and of course, we feel great, too. I love food, but I do not love to cook. Go figure?

If you've been following The Cherry for a while, then you know that wine had to make the list, too. I prefer white. Especially German wine. It's sweet and full of body. Reminds me of myself. Hehehe...You can tell by the pictures that I'm most pleased with my glass of wine and this was (ugh) our all time favorite restaurant, too. They closed recently. Boo hoo hoo...

I thought y'all might love a country style page. That's our place in Germany and Aimee Harrison designs. Ahh...back when it used to rain and we had actual blue skies not polluted with geoengineering. (You knew I had to throw that in there.)

If you ever get a chance to go to the Mosel region in Germany, then you surely have to hit up Cochem and Beilstein. These are small German villages that are packed with restaurants, cafes, WINE and much more. You'll love it. Promise! (See! The dog did make a cameo appearance. Hehehe...)These templates are really awesome, too.

Scrapbook Challenge #12 You Won't Want to Miss Join The Cherry's Scrap-A-Thon It's Not Too Late

Welcome to The Cherry On Top.

We are rolling into Challenge #12. More than half way through. Whoo hoo! This challenge is a really...interesting challenge, I find. It's the Monochrome Challenge. That's where you use all similar colors. Don't worry. I've got page inspiration for you. You may use ANY KIT and ANY TEMPLATE for this challenge.

See all the shades of purple above and green, below? These two scrapbook pages are great examples of a monochromatic look.

Remember this pretty page I made for my niece's wedding album? This is a really good example of monochrome.

You could go all black, all white...These are monochromatic color palette examples.

If you've got a nice large digital scrapbook collection, grab those colors that are similar.  You can add a touch of white or one or two other colors, but most of your page needs to have that one color that you're using again and again.
