My freebie is coming up.  Here are a couple of examples on how to use them.  When you add some project life style photos and layer them up, the frickie doesn't make the scene like your photos do.

In this layout, the frickie (free, quick page/frame) really stands out and of course you're layout is ready by the simple insert of a great photo.
