Wishful Thinking Scrapbooking Templates, Cap N' Gown Graduation Mini and a Free Printable Graduation Card

Welcome to The Cherry on Top.

We're back with a fun, new set of templates, page inspiration, a new mini scrapbook kit perfect for the end of school season and a new free, printable card.

The templates and the freebie were both requests.  I hope they will be happy with the results and you, too.  I loved the idea of this multiple photo concept with the cool skewed angles.  Very different and there are so many ways you can use them.  Let's see!

 Wishful Thinking

I liked using the spaces for papers.  I scrapped up this really fun page with our Optimism collection and even added some extra spots because I just couldn't get enough of these great pictures of my boys.  They looked to be having so much fun and WITH EACH OTHER!  Hehehe...That is often a rarity due to JJ's Autism.  He's not a fan of hugs and close contact with most people.  Mom and dad are ok, though.  Thank goodness because we all know how important physical contact is.

I did the same for my next page using a bright, tropical themed kit from Kristin Cronin Barrows.  You can get it at the Sweet Shoppe.  That's some fun family of ours enjoying a lovely repressing beverage of sorts in who knows where because they go EVERYWHERE!  Hehehe...Egypt, Morocco...you name it and they will go.  sometimes with friends and sometimes with each other.  Can't even imagine!

Hilary did the same with her page.  Great to show off your pretty papers, right?!  This is a lovely collection from JoCee.

Here the photo spots are used exactly for that!

This one has a lovely mix of papers and photos using the spots.  That's Lou's newest kit, Gulls Just Wanna Have fun.  Find it at Gingerscraps.

I'm totally digging the traditional feel of Dagi's page.  Great pics and sign usage.

You know Jarmila is going to put her special touch on her page.

And Ngoc always scraps so beautifully, too.

As you can see, I left you a few layers on the camera template I bought from GS Creations so you can customize your camera if you like the suggestion.

Tammy was the lady who requested this particular style and she knocked it out of the park, right?!  Lovelies from the Sweet Shoppe.

 Wishful Thinking

With Dorian's request of a graduation card, I had to actually go out and buy stuff because I didn't own anything that I could share with you.  I scoured the internet for awesome graduation goodies and found next to nothing so I started a little kit just so I had something and thought I'd put it in the shop in case you needed a more mature graduation kit, too. I kept the colors so that they'd fit with anything.  In this mini you get papers, Ellies, a card and a template.  Not bad for just 2.99, right?

I was not thrilled with my shopping experience at all until I went to Etsy.  These other sites made it very confusing, having to sign up and pay monthly fees.  Whilst at Etsy, I could just pay for exactly what I wanted, got my automatic download, the end.

The papers will make a great addition to your paper stash.  With the tiny designing and basic, elegant colors you can use them a lot.  So I scrapped up my lovely nephew and got so lucky.  Look at the colors!  I had no idea what his colors were, but boy was I pleased.  Hehehe...

If you are interested, I made a video of how to make a quick page in PSE also upon request.  It's so easy and it only takes a couple of clicks.

I had a totally different kind of card on last week's blog.  If you missed, scroll back and grab it.

Thanks for stopping by The Cherry.

Happy scrapping!
