The Awesomeness of Apple Cider Vinegar

We are dedicated to finding ways to make life easier, prettier and greener, too.  I've been experimenting with natural products for just about a year now.  Products like coconut oil, baking soda, herbs, teas, honey, essential oils and recently, apple cider vinegar.

I read for months about the advantages and benefits of including apple cider vinegar into your diet.  I've used it for years in my bacon dressing dressing recipe, but that's about it.

Over three months ago, I started to drink a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in a full glass of water.  At first I tried it with agave, honey and also tried stevia to make it more palatable, but it still was like drinking salad dressing to me.  Hehehe...

Despite the sour taste, I still do this every morning.  The results were just unprecedented and I mean immediate results.  I had more energy.  I thought much more positively and most importantly, I had eliminated my lower right quadrant pain.  I went through numerous tests to try to figure out what all of this terrible pain was and every test ended up negative and I had no solution.  I didn't know the ACV was going to help.  It also helps with hangover, by the way.

Honestly, I didn't know what the apple cider vinegar was going to do, but I knew, since it was all natural, it certainly wouldn't hurt.  I was absolutely gobsmacked at the results and I'm still amazed that it worked with the first glass.

I'll do this for the rest of my life, I'm sure, but I have to admit.  I still think it tastes terrible.  Hehehe...It is well worth it.

After a bit more research, I saw there was a bit of difference between brands, too.  I was initially buying it at around $4 a bottle.  Then I went to Germany and found it for under $1!!!  I must admit, there is a slight difference and when I drink the two bottles I bought for under $2.  I'll go back to the more expensive ones.  I felt more energetic and had less gas discomfort as well.

If you are not drinking or including apple cider vinegar, daily, in your routine then consider it for these  reasons:

Seriously?  Do you need more benefits before you start trying this very affordable, all natural product in your daily routine?
