Wish List Give Away and Freebies For Friday

Welcome to The Cherry On Top's, Freebie Friday.

Every Friday we give you a blog full of pretty pages, some of the best and newest digital scrapbooking kits and collections and we share several freebies found around the web and or from The Cherry.

We've got several new template packs to show off, loads of inspiration, an awesome new kit from Throwing Some Scraps Around and an announcement for a give away.

Keep reading to get inspired and find out how you can win some free products from our Etsy shop.

Looking Back is Throwing Some Scraps Around's newest collection.  I used my Shabby Chic templates to show it off.  I thought the combination was just perfect.  My hubs took some funny pics of me with HIS new hat and my all time favourite beer, served fresh from the tap in the Leffe Cafe on the beach, here in Belgium.

The colours are just so soft and splendid in Jodi's collection.  I always fall in love with her goodies.

There's the Shabby Chic templates, all linked up to our shop.

Here's a peek at Jodi's elements in Looking Back.

If you don't find the time to scrapbook, but love the results, then you should consider quick pages like Jodi's.  Clip in your own pictures and you've scrapped!

Jodi has a beautiful freebie for you.  Click on the preview to grab it.

We've got more new templates in the shop.  Dazzling Diamond templates are definitely a challenging bunch of digital templates.  If you are a seasoned scrapper, these templates might still give you a challenge.  Do you dare?  We'd love to see what you design with our designs.

Check out Hilary's cheeky page.  I love the colours and touch of silly.

Dana took the challenge and scrapped up a beautiful layout.

This page of mine, I did a long time ago with LouCee Creations collection, Babushka.  I loved it so much, I turned it into a template.  If it looks familiar, I had given this template away awhile ago.  There have been a lot of changes and now I also have PAGE format, but you have to request it because Page files are usually too large for Etsy upload requirements.  It's such a bummer and I hope they change this soon.

Magalie scrapped some fun birthday photos.  You can use them for any pictures you have in mind.

Here's another one from Dana from Made By Keuntje.

Magalie is making me thirsty!  What a fun page!

Robin scrapped up some knitting work and one cute little, squishy face.  I love this layout.

Check out what Theresa did with the template.  She kept all of the diamonds the same colour.  I think it looks super.  If this template looks familiar, it was also a recent freebie on the blog.  Double check your scrap stash.

Heartstrings Scrap Art has a super nifty kit, Fly Me To The Moon releasing today.  Check out her shop, too.  Bryony has really awesome templates, too.  By means of this page, you are also getting look at some new templates coming this Digital Scrapping Day!

I've got a series of templates coming with this ripped paper look. I just love it for dimension and texture.  I'm such a fan of boys in mind kits and collections and when you pair it up with a vintage style colour palette, how could I possibly resist?!  Hehehe...

Total fabulousness, right?!

Here are some other recent releases from The Cherry On Top.  Fun Easter themed templates that can also be used as quick pages.

Love YourSelfie templates are a hot item in the shop.  Make your digital stash sizzle by adding them to your template repertoire.

Now, check out how YOU can WIN one of your favourite items from our shop, Kreative Design Studio.

I'd like to do this periodically.  So stay current with your wish list.

We are moving on the the freebies and I've got a lot for you, today.  Check your stash to see if you've got them all.  Here's a freebie from Key Lime Digi Design.  You can get the link in the Fan Group.  I've linked up the preview for you.  Join us for the fun there.

I played with the Great Egg-Escape from Key Lime's lovely kit that coordinates with the above freebie.  This is also a glimpse at a future template.  Keep your eyes out for them!

Here's a really sweet freebie when you sign up for Heartstrings Scrap Art's newsletter.  Actually, Pickleberry Pop is having a store wide freebie giveaway for the designers there and their newsletter recipients.  I have already blah blah'ed about this promotion via my page on FB.  If you are not following us there, you are missing out on several freebies posted nearly every day.

Super scrappy sister, Andrea has this freebie on her blog.

How is this for something lovely?  There are even more to be found when you click on the preview.

Check out Gingerscraps Welcome Wagon for freebies, too.

Cutie Pie Scraps always has nice freebies on her blog.

We've always got so much going on at The Cherry.  Our page is full of digital scrapbooking freebies, craft ideas and so much more.  In our group we share layouts, free stuff, super promotions to spare your wallet, we get into some lovely chatter and I give exclusive freebies to the members there.  Hit up our Pinterest for several boards full of free stuff and other very inspirational boards.

More Scrapbooking with Webster's Pages Warehouse Boxes

Welcome to Traditional Tuesday's with The Cherry On Top.

I've got another mini page finished in my Maya Road purse album.  I also finally decided what to do with it.  I had thought I'd give it to my aunty to fill with her pictures, but because the purse and pages are so small, it might not be an easy task.  I'm just going to fill it with my own photos and then decide who or IF I'm going to give it away.  Hehehe...

I don't know about you, but I'm one of those very frugal scrappers who buy lovely things and is "afraid" to use them.  Hehehe...I'm finally getting over this and just diving into the gorgeous goodies. No holds barred any more and my pages are really looking good because of it.

None of my pages are really over the top or decked out with expensive elements.  I'd say they are all pretty glamorous not too shabby pages with still very little money spent on the total project.  Take a look at today's page that's made quickly, simply and with just a very few supplies.

My camera batteries were dead when I finally got the time to scrap this up.  So I don't have a step by step, but I'll walk you through it.  It's pretty direct and simple.

As usual, trace around your page shape onto your desired paper.  I recommend cutting out the holes so that you don't glue something over them.

My page was looking fairly plain when I started placing my word bits around, but once I layered them up in coordinating papers from the warehouse box and added these tiny flowers and leaves my mom sent me, everything started coming into play nicely.

This is the sheet with the word bits.  I cut off a lot of the extra, blank space on the sentence so it would fit better on my page.

I finally used these tiny flowers and leaves my mom sent.  I used tiny glue dots to place most of the elements on this page and double sided foam tape for the large circle and largest word bit.  Then polished it up by adding these tiny pearls onto the centre of my tiny flowers.  A steady hand was needed!  Hehehe...

Remember, using some of the same elements and colours on a page will make your layout look balanced and cohesive.  Despite the fact that I used several different collections, it all goes well together.

You can click on this image to get to my other blog entry with even more pages. I'll be back next week with my last and final page!  Then I'm on to figure out how to cover the purse, finish it up, get the pictures adjusted and printed, then it's finally finished.

Thank you so much for stopping by our Traditional Tuesday.  I hope you look around at other entries and come back again, soon.

My children, playing outside!  It's a rare sight, indeed.  Hehehe...I just love kits with boys in mind.  Throwing Some Scraps Around and Made By Keuntje have teamed up for this updated collection of rough and tumble goodies.

This is such a unique photo of my youngest.  He looks like such an everyday kind of kid, smiling for the camera.  That's not an everyday occurrence, which makes it extra special.

There is a look at the collection or at least the elements.  It's linked up to the shop.

On to my gal Kim Cameron.  She's got a fabulous garden collection available at The Digital Scrapbooking Studio and it's on a super promo price.  Just $1 for the packs for a limited time.  I used my Love Yourselfie Templates for this page.  There is more of the templates further down.  As you see, you don't need selfie shots for them.

We are totally digging our place in Germany.  The fruit trees were all in bloom when we arrived.

The preview is linked up to Kim's shop at the Studio.

Did you see Kim's Easter templates?  They are a must have.  So cute.  This page is linked up to her shop at Daisies and Dimples where you can find them and much more of Kim's goodies.

The Digital Scrapbooking Studio has a store wide mega from some of it's top designers.  I've used Heartstrings Scrap Art's templates and Aimee Harrison Designs portions.  Garden Party is really, really lovely.

The preview of the collection is all linked up for you.

Aren't Bryony's templates just super!?  I can't wait to play with more of them.  They are on promo for just $1!!!

Here is another one of Aimee's freebies.  It is linked up to her blog where you find it and others.

Now on to my hottest templates to date!  Love YourSelfie templates are so much fun and easy to use. I scrapped myself and my oldest when he was a bit younger.  He loved the camera back then.  I had a blast designing these high tech goodies.  I'll be selling the templates for them separately in the very near future.

Some templates are so awesome you can just plug in your photos and you've scrapped!  That's what I did with this set.  Here's a current photo of me and my oldest at our favourite restaurant, by our house in Germany.

My hubs took some shots of me a few years back.  Thank goodness before all of these skin conditions started.  Hehehe...My hair was even still blonde.  Hehehe...Crop in your photos into the photo spots and scrapping can be done in a snap.

More shots of Liam and I with the Love YourSelfie templates.  Such fun colours!

My lovely Cherry team scrapped some of the templates up.  Check out what they have designed.

Jodi's lovely, Call me Maybe kit made this page sizzle!

I love what Dana from Made By Keuntje has done with this one.  What a lovely little lady.  I've linked up her shop.  She's got some really lovely kits and templates there.

Here are the templates all linked up to our nifty, little shop.

Here's another newer set, Shabby Chic.  I love how universal they are.

These fun templates can also be used at quick pages.  Scrap fast with The Cherry On Top!

Ya don't even need egg related shots for them!

Let's dive into some of those freebies you find around the web.  Above, you'll see Made By Keuntje's fun template challenge for in her new group on Facebook.  We would so love to have you join us there.

Is this not some of the cutest Commercial Use you've seen?  It will be available tomorrow on Dana's blog and in the fan group.  Make sure you are following along and that you don't miss it.

Here's my freebie from last week.  A lovely book marker printable from Aimee's Harrison's Designs newer collection, A New Day.  It is so beautiful!

If ya still need a quick card for the holiday grab this one from a few weeks ago.  Print, fold and you're set!
